Are you a senior over 65? SilverSneakers classes could be perfect for you! That’s because SilverSneakers is a program created specifically for seniors, and it’s included in many Medicare plans. That means you can participate at no extra cost to you. Awesome, right?
At YouFit, we offer a variety of SilverSneakers classes. For example, you could take a SilverSneakers yoga class to help increase your flexibility, balance, and range of movement. You’ll participate in seated and standing yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation to help relieve stress and improve mental clarity.
Or try SilverSneakers Classic to increase your range of motion, build muscle strength, and improve activities for daily living.
